1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the rental of vehicles provided by Capital Sity, LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”) to customers (“you,” “your”). By booking or using our rental services, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, do not proceed with booking.
2. Eligibility
To rent a vehicle from Capital Sity, LLC, you must:
Be at least 21 years of age.
Hold a valid driver’s license in good standing.
Provide valid proof of insurance (if applicable).
Agree to undergo verification checks, including but not limited to identity and driving record verification.
3. Reservation and Payment
Booking Fee: A $40 non-refundable upfront payment is required at the time of booking. This fee will be deducted from your total rental cost upon vehicle pickup.
Non-Refundable Policy: If you cancel your reservation for any reason, the $40 booking fee will not be refunded.
Payment Methods: We accept [list payment methods, e.g., credit card, debit card, Zelle, ACH, cash].
Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required depending on the rental agreement.
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at any time will forfeit the $40 booking fee.
If you fail to show up on the scheduled pickup date and time without notice, you may be charged additional fees.
5. Vehicle Use
By renting a vehicle from Capital Sity, LLC, you agree to:
Operate the vehicle safely and in compliance with all applicable laws.
Not use the vehicle for illegal activities, racing, towing, or subleasing.
Not allow unauthorized drivers to operate the vehicle.
Return the vehicle on the agreed date, time, and location in the same condition received, except for normal wear and tear.
6. Insurance and Liability
You are responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the vehicle during your rental period.
You may be held liable for repairs, loss of value, towing, storage, and administrative fees.
Insurance coverage requirements will be provided in your rental agreement.
7. Late Returns
Late returns may result in additional charges.
If you anticipate a delay in returning the vehicle, you must notify us immediately.
8. Maintenance and Breakdowns
In case of a breakdown, you must contact us immediately.
Unauthorized repairs or modifications are strictly prohibited.
9. Prohibited Uses
The vehicle may not be used for:
Off-road driving.
Transporting hazardous materials.
Any rideshare or delivery service without prior written consent.
10. Termination of Rental
We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement without refund if you breach these Terms.
11. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our rental vehicles.
12. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is collected for booking, verification, and communication purposes. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, USA.
